The views from our room were beautiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. The location near the beach and local shops was convenient for exploring and enjoying our romantic escape.
The room decor was outdated and in need of renovation. The noise level from outside and nearby construction was also a bit too much for a peaceful getaway. while the hotel had some strong positives, there were a few drawbacks that detracted from our experience.

Few of nice tourist spots, for example wat klong son were really close to the venue. Take a look at Ao Klong Son neighborhood, it's worth it. We greatly enjoyed grand orchid resort;)))
Was all great.

This resort is a hidden gem! The gardens and pool area are absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to all the best restaurants and attractions. Plus, the resort offered free shuttle service to the nearby beaches.
The only negative was the steep hillside location which made it difficult to get around. However, the view of the bay from the resort was worth the climb.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a beautiful beach location. The staff were extremely friendly and well-trained, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with a big ceiling fan as an added bonus to the air conditioning. The hotel's attention to detail, such as the flower decorations on the bed, made me feel really welcomed. The hotel is also conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to explore the local area.
No major issues, everything was well taken care of.

The Grand Orchid Resort Koh Chang offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. Whether you choose a room with a double bed, twin beds, or three beds, you'll find them comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located on the beach, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views and easy access to the water.
Our stay at this hotel was great. The only improvement that could be made is the location, which is situated up a steep hill.

The location of this budget-friendly resort is great, right beside the beach. the swimming pools are also impressive, with one having a water slide that's perfect for kids. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast is nice, and the restaurant, though disturbingly close to the rooms, is tastefully decorated and offers good food.
The resort lacks some essential amenities, such as shelves or drawers to put clothes in, as pointed out by some guests.

I really enjoyed my stay at this peaceful hotel. The location was perfect for me, away from the crowds and chaos of the city, and yet easily accessible with a motorbike. The staff, especially Jay at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful to me throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel had lovely facilities, including a photogenic pool and bungalows that made me feel right at home. I appreciated the free shuttle service provided to take me to and from the beach. The best part was the fantastic local restaurant just opposite the hotel where I had some of the most delicious meals of my trip.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
